No. MoreRoom Cabins and Storage do not require a bond.

Power is connected via a lead fitted with a 10 amp circuit breaker to match the power rating of a standard 3 pin power point in your home. All you need to do is plug the supplied power lead into a 3 pin plug in your house. lt is connected to the cabin via a caravan plug.

A Residual Current Device (RCD) safety cut out is fitted to our cabin switchboard

Yes. MoreRoom Cabins and Storage have two double power points.

Yes. MoreRoom Cabins and Storage are fitted with batts in the ceiling, walls and have underfloor insulation.

No. MoreRoom Cabins and Storage do not charge a pick up fee at the end of the agreed hire period.

The standard hire period is 6 months. However, shorter hire periods may be available at variable rates. Please enquire for details.

Yes. They make a perfect fully insulated sleep out for family or friends.

Yes. They make a perfect home office.

Yes. They are great for additional storage.

Yes. MoreRoom cabins can be supplied without the deck.

No. MoreRoom Cabins and Storage are under 10m in area so no building consent is required.
